Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Who we are and what this is

Jackpot Heaven ("we", "us", "the Platform") operates jackpotheaven.club, an online entertainment platform offering casino-style games. The Platform currently operates in free-to-play mode: all play uses virtual credits ("PLAY") that have no monetary value, cannot be purchased for real money, and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for money or anything of value. Real-money features are inactive and will only be enabled if and when the operator holds the required gaming licence and regulatory approvals.

2. Eligibility

3. Your account

4. Virtual credits

5. Fair play

Game outcomes are generated server-side by an auditable engine. Attempting to manipulate outcomes, tamper with the client, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise attack the Platform is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — games, artwork, video, audio, text, branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or downtime. Because PLAY credits have no monetary value, our total liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited to €100 or the minimum permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves (including if real-money play launches under licence). Material changes will be signposted on the Platform; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

This document covers the current free-to-play service. A revised, counsel-reviewed version — including licence details, governing law and dispute resolution — will replace it before any real-money functionality is enabled.
